Alex Stankiewicz Admitted
to the 2016 Brush with Success Show

TASGOB is proud to announce that Alex Stankiewicz had two pieces admitted to the Art Gallery of Viera's 5th Annual "Brush with Success" show. He will now be competing for a chance to win one of $1,000 in prizes. The opening reception will be on October 8th from 5:30pm to 8pm, and the awards presentation will be at 7pm.

About Alex Stankiewicz

I began drawing and painting at an early age. I have found a love for art and artists. This love has opened my eyes to a greater appreciation of the beauty and the good in the world.

In recent years I have entered juried shows and have won several ribbons and merit awards. This has led me into teaching. I have taught at the Art Gallery Of Viera where I was a founding member. I currently conduct an ongoing class at the Central Brevard Art Association.

My art studies started in Connecticut with several prominent artists. I continue to study with artists by taking workshops here in Florida.

Living an artist's life requires devotion and hard work. The journey is rewarding. Discovering unplanned adventures by playing with colors and design is exciting. Most of all meeting wonderful people has become a gift without parallel.
